We have been working with KTT Services Pest Control Services for several years now and cannot fault their work. They are faultless in their services and always carry out the jobs to the full extent. They always fit our requests into their workload in a timely manner and are extremely conscientious throughout their time in our properties.
We have received numerous reports back from owners and guests regarding their attention to detail. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
They are always available at the end of the phone to answer questions and assist with any queries. This really is a 5-star service.
Cumbrian Cottages
We have been engaging KTT Pest Control Services to carry out emergency and preventative pest control services at the Heart of the Lakes holiday cottages (numbering over 300 properties) since at least 2004, which is when I started working for the company.
They have treated countless wasp’s nests and mouse visitations over the years, but have also been instrumental in treating carpet moths, rats, squirrels and even Polecats on one occasion. Formerly run solely by Keith Turner the business has developed and now includes his daughter Keeley and a technician Brad; the expanding business means that they are better able to cope with the increasing demands made by our own expanding and developing company and property portfolio.
We have always found KTT to be an easy company to deal with; willing to attend in emergencies but at the same time remain courteous and polite to our property guests and owners alike, for this reason, we hope to continue to use their services for many years
to come.
